Tania Bailey

Tania serves two primary roles at Dougherty Wealth Management, office administrator and paraplanner.  Her career in administration spans 30 years.  Prior to joining Dougherty Wealth Management in 2011, Tania was a Deputy Clerk at both the 6th Court of Appeals, Texarkana, Texas and 5th Court of Appeals, Dallas, Texas. 

Through the years, Tania has served as a board member on the Texarkana Teen Court Board, Plano Area Mothers of Multiples (serving one year as President), and in various positions at their local Elementary School PTA (including two years as President) and in their High School Booster Clubs.

Tania holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.

On a personal level, Tania enjoys movies, water sports, crafting, scrapbooking, volunteering at church, and spending time with her children and husband Bobby.
